Most of my work right now is hands-on with clients: fixing what's broken, improving what already works, and maintaining the systems people depend on.

I'm shaping Slife Systems into a focused offer for putting a business's most important numbers where people can see them. Alongside client work, I'm building an ecosystem of useful tools through Dontdoit.club and Quick Stores, a simpler way for independent sellers to put a shop online.

I've worked across product and project management in agencies and ecommerce, and grown from frontend engineering into full-stack development and agentic workflows; I want to use that range to make technology easier to understand and genuinely useful. Tech has enough hype, drama, and VC-backed wrappers promising to fix everything.

I write about the choices behind the work: what I built, what I cut, and what changed once someone actually used it.

Away from the screen, I'm running, traveling to conferences, and spending time with Freddie and Toshka, my cats.
